VRob, I forgot to suggest becoming a "roadie" for Snoop Dogg?....Although I'm sure that thought was already considered? It was an option the last time Snoop was in Fargo ND (a year ago)....but those days are behind me LOL

Rob, I feel like I let you down bro. Can't believe I missed out on this. Even though your fate has effectively been decided for you, I know you'll make it work. From what I understand, that pee-on's true colors will catch up with him sooner or later. I'm late to the game, but felt compelled to chime in with my thoughts anyway. Beginning, middle and aftermath. A lot of great points were made. Brad especially. For the last 9+ years I've been in the banking industry. For the past few years, retirement planning/financial planning and mortgage financing has been my gig. I can't stress the importance and long term benefit of having a good pension + job security. I never went to college so making six figures isn't really in my future. But when you have seniority + pension benefits, it's hard to walk away from that. Especially with the uncertainty that our future holds. And especially in a "unionized" environment. I've had a job that was unionized, I've worked for a family run company ( complete opposite ), I've worked back shift/graveyards and had an 8 hour shift that started at every hour of the day at one point... and now I work for a huge soul sucking corporate entity. At the risk of making this about me, I'm just letting you know where I'm coming from. Stick it out on PT. I went on that tangent because I can assure you that companies respect the people who work shitty shifts. Your company will reward you at some point for being a grinder. The guys who can do it all while being underpaid usually get rewarded at some point. Even if it takes a few years.. I can't imagine that it won't happen for you. What you do now might payoff in spades when you physically can't do what you do. If you can retire with full pension benefits, you'll thank yourself later. I see people suffering financially every single mutha fuckin day. People retiring with mortgages and livin each day just to get to the next. As much as it sucks, money talks. It's the world we live in. And unless you have another option that will be better for you 20 years from now... I know you'll make it work. And for the love of god!!!... scoop some dog shit into a Sara Lee baggie, seal it with crazy glue, nuke it and slide it into that douche bags lunch box!!
