The Facts: Following up on the previous item. ... Leshoure has a torn achilles according to Tim Twentyman of the Detroit News. Reported by the Redzone.org
Diehards Line: HC Jim Schwartz told reporters that Leshoure could have surgery as early as tomorrow. "He's going to be out for the season," the coach added. ... We'll continue to follow up when the team reveals it's plan going forward, but it's safe to say Jahvid Best's value rises with Leshoure out of the picture.

Before anybody can blame me for this 1, I have never drafted, traded, or took over a team that has him. Nor have i been even offered him in a trade. Leshoure has never had any ties of any kind to my team.
As for the guy that hit him, no comment......

As for the guy that hit him, no comment......You drafted Kevin Smith, who tore up his knee, allowing them to have to draft RB's consecutively just to replace the stud. Had you not drafted Smith, he would be a top 10 RB ;D Leshore would have gone to the Dolphins and thrived. Best...wouldnt matter, the guy is always injured.

Frankly James you should have taken Williams....do you really believe in Bean Wells? Wells spends more time saying he'll play than playing.

One of them was Hightower keeping Williams off the field during most passing down situations...situations the Cardinals should still find themselves in a lot for the next 2+ seasons.

No disrespect intended James, but I don't think the Cardinals would've invested a 2nd round pick in an RB two years after investing a 1st (Bean Wells) if they thought they had the "answer" at the position. Clearly, they thought their running games sucked ass and they are right. Hightower is a hard working marginal NFL back...not the answer either. They needed somebody who is durable with some explosion and elusivness (sp).

James I was so convinced you were taking Williams that I had a trade worked out with Ryan and Laz. The catch was the deal was off if you somehow passed on williams, the only player after Julio and AJ I wanted this year

You guys are a bunch of awful human beings. The dude has got to be in mourning right now. He drafted Ben Tate last year and LeShoure this year. Jeeeeeezus dooooods!
James, chin up bud. The sun will come out tomorrow...
It will probably bring some nasty heatwave and kill acres of crops. Not to mention the elderly and small children... and it will definitely make vinyl car seats ridiculously uncomfortable... but the sun will come out tomorrow. ;D

Derek, such is life, we all know I have made the most blunders in this league. So why don't you let me enjoy the moment. For once James' decision making skills are below mine....J/k
Enjoy the blog James looking forward to the start of the year.

LeShoure had a lot of potential. Karma might be a better word for it. I always thought he was having a little too much fun while coasting to that 11-2 record a few years ago. I'll stay out of it. A man like me could always use some good karma. ;D

Don't worry guys. I'll draft another RB within the top 5 picks next draft, and maybe that one will lose an eye or a toe or something. I firmly assert that Leshoure (pre-Achilles tear) was in a better situation than Williams, and I liked his running style better than Williams, as far as seamless cuts and career longevity. The two were practically neck and neck, as far as my draft decision. It was a win-win. Without the poor luck of the injury, my decision had no flaws IMO. ...and yes, Williams is definitely an excellent value draft target for every redraft I am in this year.
