Well... I have to say that I'm pretty happy that the Jets thing fizzled and now Miami doesn't appear to be realistic either.
But for whatever reason, I just didn't expect Denver and Tennessee to be in this. Fully realizing that Peyton is Peyton... but there is some risk and these other teams invested in a young QB.
Tennessee makes a ton of sense... I just didn't think they'd open the wallet to make a move for him.
Oh the drama!

Nice SF finally woke up and realized Alex Smith is nowhere near Peyton Manning in talent, come on Peyton how about a few Super Bowl trophies in SF!? !

Manning to Denver.
I was all in on Miami for a while (I even bet a dollar on it with a coworker) as long as Wayne followed him. I figured Marshall would be out since he wouldn't fit Manning's timing route schemes, and Bess would've become the next Collie for Manning. As soon as Wayne signed with the Colts, I knew Miami wouldn't happen.
Titans are out for me because even though Peyton has ties with Tennessee, I don't think he wants to play the Colts twice a year out of pure respect. Furthermore, with Jake Locker showing flashes last year, I don't think they would be willing to bid higher than the Broncos would.
SF is very much not a fit for him.
I just wish he would fucking sign already. I'm sick of constantly flipping to NFL Network and reading the same free agent news on the bottom ticker.
If Peyton goes to Denver, E Decker will be a stud and D Clark would likely follow. If Peyton goes to Tennessee, Damian Williams will be the best sleeper WR of upcoming drafts and J Cook will become a TE1.
I agree with Flynn to Miami, and it seems to be a consensus. Unfortunately, he will be shit and piss with the current receiving corp there.
