Well the team that needs the Draft pick the most takes the lead, but for how long?
I lost Manning Turner White and Clark... and I may lose Boldin as well
Here's to Sprolles....I locked him in on Friday as my value guy. The last 4 games or so Sprolles was stealing points from LT, But now he faces Pitt. that sucks.

So are we going by the NFL sites scoring, or are we doing it by hand and going by are scoring... we put up 108 I think... Payton, AP, Turner, Wayne, Boldin, Clark, Ravens DEF, if we are going by our scoring, we all put up more points then is listed... Nice try champ... but we're using NFL.com's scoring.

The fucked up part is if you try and leave in one of the players from last week, that was eliminated, his damn $ value remains! I was hoping to eliminate the kicker altogether to save a roster move, and have excess $ for the other positions...............agrrrrrrr

Take a good look at the teams w/ those best scores in the nation, in the 140s. I guarantee you won't see one of those guys on the leaderboard after the Superbowl. Most of those guys are lucky fuckers, who just happened to have all of Ravens, Akers, and Sproles, along w/ the highest scoring studs in their lineups. The last few years I played this challenge, I have always started out around 50,000th - 70,000th in the nation after the first round, but ended up around 2,000th - 5,000th after the Superbowl. Now comes the time where we try to predict the 2 Superbowl teams. Time to separate the men from the boys in these next 2 rounds, on the way to the Superbowl.

I had Indy and Carolina going to the Superbowl and crashed and burned with Indy's loss. I do agree with your strategy though.

Nino, You get your scoring by clicking on the "Score Board" tab on the website. Yeah got that... How the hell would I know we put up 108 if I didnt know where to get the NFL scoring... But when this thing was brought to the table, I thought someone was going to do the scoring by hand (our scoring, you know the PPR kind) Its ok if thats not the case.. just wanted to know..

that was going to be the case, but we decided to take a shot at the Super Bowl instead and are going by nfl.com rules all the way . . . sorry for the confusion.

great, I figured we had all week to mess around with the line-ups, and it would not be formally changed until kickoff, well I was wrong and now all the changes I last made yesterday are official, any changes now count as add'l moves...............FUCK..........don't push set lineup until you are ready!
Not that I stood any chance of winning anyway, but what a stupid fucking system!

Not that I stood any chance of winning anyway, but what a stupid fucking system! I agree. And I'll also say that I didn't know NFL.com had changed the format when we started talking about this. It's definitely made it harder. As of right now, I still have Vinateri as my kicker. I'm debating whether or not I'll change him. I've already made a few changes... and I regret doing it already. I haven't put enough time into this. Oh well. I already have a couple of 3rd rounders anyway... it's not like my team is hurting for talent or anything!

Not that I stood any chance of winning anyway, but what a stupid fucking system! I was worried about that myself, so I tested it out. You can continue to make changes to 1 position, hit the set lineup button multiple times, and it still only counts as 1 move. The part I don't like is when you hit the set lineup button, you lose the previous player from that position, if they were on an eliminated team.

yeah, I think next year we can do this for fun and a shot at SB tickets . . . but it just seems to complicated for its own good . . . for the supplemental pick next year will be a by hand shot and kept on the boards . . . full USFL starting lineup, full USFL scoring and NO LINEUP CHANGES after the kickoff of the first playoff game Agreed?

I'll give you another hint: I also sacrificed my kicker this week to save a roster move.
