ok this is a money leauge i have done in the past but also in the past it has been D/ST not idp, my question is where should i reasonably take defensive postion players in the draft, ala dont pick kickers before the last round common rules like that. This is an easy leauge i have won it the last three years it is a redraft leauge one thing i am very good at(dynasty not so much). Also which postion holds more weight(DE DT LB DB)

With this scoring system, Linebackers are the studs of your team. Somebody like Patrick Willis should go in the 4th round. Good LB's will score in the 14 - 16 pts per game range. DE's are less important and very inconsistent (they most get sacks), DT's don't score much at all and DB's are generally a dime a dozen.
It appears as though you could start 3 LB's....is this correct? If so you'd want to take P. Willis, Jon Beason, DeMeco Ryans, James Harrison, etc in the 4th/5th round area. Since its not PPR your WR's are worth less than this league and you might want to hold off them more so and just focus on RB's and LB's. You'll also need to mix in a high TD QB with passing TD's being worth 6 pts.
Look up value based drafting techniques and develop the spreadsheets for this approach. It should take 2 nights of 2-3 hrs/night to make this work and you'll kick ass!
