The USFL Dynasty Football League was officially created on May 18th, 2008 at approximately 1 pm CDT by co-commisioners Chris Senatra and Brad Atkinson.

It was originally envisioned as a 10-team, PPR, No-IDP dynasty league with 11 spot starting squads and 30 man rosters for elite, active fantasy football players. It is hoped that the league will exist for years to come.
