So who is down for a USFL money league? So far myself,the Generals and D-town are in. Talking about having it be $20 or $25. Need someone to be the treasurer and we need to pick a date when everyone can make it. Also if the teams that have co-owners want there own team,they can.

Well, if everyone else is up for it... how can I not?
My only concern is the draft. It's getting late to start planning this. And I've got a couple of live drafts to attend in the next two weekends. It's almost too late to run a 12 hour timer style draft. And I've had my fill of trying to get 12 guys into a draft room on the same night. Fleaflicker nightmare anyone? =P

budget crunch here, gotta get out of debt. cannot spend money on FF this year. I am only staying in my big money league because as commish i get free entry for all of the headaches.

10 teams would work out. We probably would have to do the timer thing, and pretty much start it up pretty soon. Knowing us like I know us, we would get it done soon enough. It would be wise to simply pick a hosting site with established rules, so we wouldn't be arguing over the format. CBSSports.com, ESPN.com, Yahoo.com, or NFL.com would work for free leagues with established formats. We could hold the draft here, or in an antsports.com mock draft (they have 12 hour timer mocks). I think FSC also does long timer mocks. I prefer no-PPR, standard scoring, no points for individual special teams scores. Nothing ridiculous like that Big Cajones League scoring system. That was hands down the worst scoring system I have ever seen.  (I still remember AJ with 2 receptions for 66 yards scored more points than 85 did with 4 receptions for 24 yards and 2 TDs.  ) We can make it 16 rounds, but I always prefer to go a good 18+. |

agreed 17 is the limit for me.... 17 leagues??? That is just diluting the pool. I like to have no more than 5 leagues, so I can put in good effort to construct trade proposals (one of my best FF strengths). |
