This shit is getting on my nerves. I'm blaming Nino since he kinda kick started these crimes against the Phish Brigade.
- Week 3/USFL - I was up by about two points, stat adjustment, lose by 1.1
- Week 5/$$$ league - I was up by 0.2 points, stat adjustment, lost by 4
- Week 6/USFL - Losing by 1.8... but obviously I'm due for a stat adjustment that works in my favor
- Week 6/Dynasty - Losing by 1.14 as we speak. I had the lead when Santonio scored. Shonn Greene's 3 yards and a cloud of dust to run out the clock taketh away
- Week 6/another Dyno - I'm up by 1.4... he had Reggie Bush going just like Neil did tonight to make it close. I'm sure there will be a stat adjustment to turn that WIN into another LOSS.
And I've been nothing but a modest and paranoid fantasy player this year. Almost zero arrogance... WTF fantasy gods??

Just lost in a league by 0.3, lookin back at the last 3 weeks for that owner, he has won his last 3 games by a total of 1.05

In my league, I just lost to my boss (who beat me in last season's Championship game) in week 6 by 1 stinkin point. This was one of the worst losses I have ever suffered for a few reasons. First, I got both Shannahaned and Buffaloed, resulting in 2 goose eggs in my lineup (one by the Bills D, and the other by Hightower who was declared the starter, according to multiple pre-game reports). Second, I was flip-flopping between picking up the Bills v NYG or the Bengals v Indy, played the numbers, which emphatically pointed toward the Bills (the same team who picked Brady 4 times!) being the better option, and wound up getting goosed instead of seventeened. Third, I was leading by 11.3 points going into MNF with all my players played and he had just Santonio Holmes left. Dealing with 3 of my studs on a bye and facing a strong team, I wasn't expecting to win, but I would have much rather been blown out.
To make things even more fucked up in that league, I am going into tomorrow's MNF game down 3.6 points with my R Rice going up against my opponent's A Boldin. This is fucked up because he has 3 goose eggs in his lineup and A Foster, who is apparently taking out some anger on my team for me considering him bust-worthy this year. If I lose to a team with 3 zeros in his lineup, something in my house will be broken.
