So now that the Jets finished with a .500 record and one of the better defenses in the league, does Rex keep his job? Should he keep his job? What do you guys think? I'm a Jets homer so I'll chime in in a few.

Saw a blurb from gm and owner that his job was safe. I think with a rookie qb and no offensive weapons .500 was a success. now I would say they will give him one more year to see what he can do. He will need to make playoffs and win at least a game to keep his job. that Jets team could go 10-6 or 6-10 next year. NFL is a bitch to predict.

No, his entire regime has neglected the offense in every draft. Sure they have gotten offensive linemen, but they haven't done a good job of drafting skill positions. I think the real issue is Woody Johnson is the NFL version of the Wilpons/Dolan as an owner. You can't win with owners like that.

yep, they just gave the Douche a 1 year extension, he is too caught up in the Defense to excel as a HC (IMO), fire him now and get it over with....point taken Gregg, owner won't allow that franchise to be repeatedly good...

Love to see Muncheck go bye bye also, why in the hell are they sticking with him, he's one of the worst coaches out there....
