The league is scored in a head-to-head fashion with one game per week and the winner is determined by total fantasy points. Total fantasy points is defined as the sum of the 11 starting positions for the week of competition. Fractional points are awarded to reduce the chances of ties.
Touchdowns:
All touchdowns are worth 6 points except for passing touchdowns which are worth 4 points.
This includes passing, rushing, receiving, defensive and return touchdowns.
Return and defensive touchdowns are awarded to the D/ST of the scoring team and not to the individual player. Individual players are only eligible for passing, rushing or receiving touchdowns.
All 2-point conversion (rushing, passing or receiving) are worth 2 points.
Yards from scrimmage:
1 point/10 yards rushing or receiving
1 point/25 yards passing
1 point awarded for each reception
-2 points for every fumble lost or interception
There are no points awarded for return yards of any kind.
Kicking:
1 point for an extra point
3 points for a field goal
1 bonus point awarded for field goals of 40+ yards
1 bonus point awarded for field goals of 50+ yards
1 bonus point awarded for field goals of 60+ yards
Bonus points for field goal distance are cumulative
-1 point for each field goal or extra point missed
Defensive:
2 points awarded for every turnover
2 points awarded for every sack
2 points awarded for every blocked kick
6 points awarded for every safety
3 Bonus points awarded for holding opponent to less than 14
3 bonus points awarded for holding opponent to less than 7
4 bonus points awarded for holding opponent to 0 points
