Brad/Chris, The Bulls and I tried, unsuccessfully to perform our last trade on the site. It seemed as though it would work, said it would process @ 10:11 ET on 9/11.........Well that came and went with no luck. As you can see from the site, The Bulls dropped Perry to get the trade through. Can you please add Perry to my roster ASAP. Thanks

Sure thing . . . it looks like it was proposed improperly though . . . you traded JTO for nothing and Bulls had to drop Perry to make room . . . looks like someone forgot to check a box or something during the proposal process . . . I'll get it right though.

On my screen under pending it said what it should have Chris Perry for JTO?? Thanks for doing that. Now go hide yourself from the monster storm coming your way! Hey, for real, are you in the path of this thing? Sounds BRUTAL! Listening to Anderson Cooper last night, his words, "If those supposed to evacuate don't, the WILL die"......JESUS CHRIST!

Actually yeah . . . I am in the path, but inland . . . if you watch the Weather Channel updates and they show the path going into Texas . . . the little spot that says "College Station" . . . that's me!! So I will probably lose power just in time for the NFL games this weekend . . . but I should have my lineups set this evening . . . Saturday is supposed to be the bad day here.

as a resident of Miami...lived here all my life...and a Hurricanes fan, the schools not the storms, i can tell you the media blow these things way out of proportion. what happened to New Orleans a couple years ago was becuase of the levees breaking. just look at this year, they got hit by a storm and 2 days later everything was back to normal cuz the levees held. as long as that happens everything should be fine. sure youll be locked in the house for a few hours and hear a bunch of rain and wind outside, but i have never seen knee high flooding or anything of that sort first hand. im know it happens, but usually in places wheres theres flooding problems already. its also worse near the shore. if your inland you should be alright. the worse to expect is a power outage for a few days. so get ready to roll on no AC and light for a while. those cold showers do suck. but as far as the storm causing mass destruction...pretty overblown. pardon the pun. ive been thru many a hurricane. i wouldnt be too worried. just stay in doors and maybe covers the windows with some plywood.

I'm not even in the necessary plywood area . . . this is about hurricane 10 or 11 for me, no big . . . I remember them flashing a graphic up on the weather channel about previous big hurricanes on this same path and one of them was Alicia in 1983 . . . I chased crawfish in the ditch during the eye of that one and was back inside before the storm cranked back up. So yeah . . . a lot of the disaster talk is way overblown . . . but down on the coast it is looking like a HUGE storm surge . . . so within 40 miles of the coast might be bad, but I am over 150 miles inland . . . you guys up in Illinois might have worse weather tomorrow or tonight than me . . . those Midwest T-Storms are looking rough on the radar!!
