No. The league new about this incident and was expecting charges to be filed in this case. Chris Mortenson of ESPN said that the league will see what comes of these charges and the trial. A trial is expected in November or December but it will most likely be postponed until the offseason. My guess is nothing new comes of this.

sweet, and phish you dodged another one in this leauge I didn't dodge nuthin... that's old news and irrelevant. Marshall will be the #1 WR for years to come. I'm just glad that I got rid of the punk named Wes Welker from that crap-tacular Pats team. Buffalo Bills - 2009 AFC East Champions... it's gotta nice ring to it eh!

bills will not win the afc east this year, maybe in a year or two i still dont see the cheatroits losing just yet even with a hurt brady, the defense is to smart, and the offense has enough pieces to win 2 against the dolphins 2 against the jets and split with this bills

I think the Bills defense is better than a lot of people give them credit for. Even better than the Pats D. Although, some "experts" have come on board now that they have had a couple of good showings.
I seem to remember getting some flack when I drafted them in this dynasty league...
I'm not saying the Pats are dead, but the AFC is WIDE OPEN right now with Indy, the Pats and Chargers not looking as dominant in years past. The Bengals and Jags aren't looking so hot. Right now, it's between Denver and Pittsburgh with an improved Bills team ( that has a GREAT schedule ) challenging.
LT might finally have that nagging injury that prevents him from being the #1 RB in the league. And the Merriman injury hurts them too.

If I didn't make the mistake of swapping out the Bills D in week one to go after the shutout that I thought the Broncos would put up, I'd be 2-0. He got a 5 yr 15 mil deal yesterday cause of it. Jyles Tucker
