Jumping the gun?

I posted this on the diehards site, and I figured I would also ask you guys.

In my Money League, I started out 7-0, and have now lost 4 of the last 5 games, can't take back the best record, and will not win my division along w/ a 1st round bye if I lose week 13. My lineup includes Rivers, AD, Portis, Gore, Chris Johnson, Colston, Marshall, Evans, and Witten, but I feel like I need to make a move to try and get an edge on a Championship run. I wanted to ask you guys about these potential deals I am considering to offer, since I am worried that my recent losing streak may make me trigger happy. If I do make a deal, I will plan to sell Gore because he has a rough schedule ahead.

1st potential offer:

I give Gore and Marshall and receive Addai and R White. Addai has an absolutely cake schedule down the stretch against CLE, CIN, DET, and JAX, and White should have at least 2 big games in these next 4 w/ some nice matchups. I'm not crazy about selling Marshall, but he can't buy a TD and he has a tough week 15 matchup against CAR. However, the rest of his games are good matchups.

2nd potential offer:

I give Gore for Fitz to a team hurting for a top RB. If I do this, Fitz will give stability to my WR corp, but I will now have Fitz, Colston, Marshall, and Evans, and can only start 2 or 3. I usually start 3 RBs and 2 WRs, but I would have to rely on Chris Johnson, who may be experiencing the "rookie wall."

Obviously, there are no guarantees that either deal will happen. Both of those teams are playing each other this weekend for best record, and they should both be dangerous in the playoffs. Therefore, I am also worried about making either team better.

Should I jump the gun on either deal?

I prefer the 2nd offer. I don't know how effective Marshall will be for the rest of the year with no run game and a rookie WR opposite him and Sheffler (aka the gimp). I think the guy would go for the offer, but I worry about Addai. He's fragile. If your really worried move Gore for Fitz, but I think you keep what you have and move forward.

I'm in a similar position in my keeper league and you just have to gut it out and realize that the law of averages will hopefully prevail.

I ended up pulling the trigger on the Gore for Fitz deal, but I also had to give up M Bradley. I know I gave up more value than I received, but Gore's 2 matchups against NYJ and MIA scare me, and although Bradley is still producing solid FF pts, his targets are dropping, and after getting Fitz, he is useless to me anyways.

18 pts for Fitz, and Gore would have been on my bench, since C Johnson @ DET was a better flex play for me this week. So far, so good.
