Free agency will lock at the first Sunday kickoff of the championship game and will not unlock until after the Rookie/FA draft every year.

Owners are allowed to add any free agent that is on the list of eligible free agents of the league website (ESPN Fantasy) but must always obey roster limitations outlined in the Roster section of the league rules.

Players put on waivers will have to be claimed here on the message board and will be awarded to the team with the highest waiver priority.

Waiver priority is determined by current standings in a worst to first manner. Lower record = higher priority.

Addendum - 7/23/2012

No FA pickups will be allowed after the USFL draft until two things happen:

1) ESPN unlocks the offline draft tools and allows us to add the players from our draft.

2) League management sets a time for Free Agency to officially open.
