All right so lets see who has the best knowledge of their home NFL team. Obviously being from Chicago, I love the Bears. At #18 I would like to see a WR like Heyward-Bey or even Maclin if he happens to fall that low but I don't think the Bears would do it cause God forbid we draft a talented wide receiver in the 1st round. I smell a DE or OT coming and I'll say probably Tyson Jackson outta LSU.

Dallas already spent their first round pick on Roy Williams formerly of Detroit. With their 2nd round pick who knows. Their weaknesses are an aging O-Line, a young WR to fill depth for the organization or backup QB . . . back up QB will probably come via FA or a later pick though. I would bet on an OL . . . though if one of the talented WR's falls (like last year they all did) I wouldn't be surpirsed if they snap him up. It's hard to predict the draft 52 picks in though.

I am positive my Lions will draft the wrong person w/ the first pick. They can't go wrong by drafting the best defensive player on the board, like A Curry, BJ Raji, or B Orakpo, and they can't go wrong by taking the best offensive lineman like J Smith or E Monroe. If they go defense w/ pick 1 and A Smith happens to fall to pick 20, that would be a dream scenario. All that leads me to believe they will indeed go after Stafford, kill his NFL career, and continue to suck ass, instead of waiting for the nice chunk of NFL ready QBs declaring in 2010.

Well the my boys have a need at NT,WR, C and CB. I guess you can throw LB into the Mix. With them resigning Crowder I might back off LB just a little. But if there is an OLB they like at 25 I can see them taking one and put him opposite J.Porter. And upgrade over Roth. But I think it would have to be Somone they are high on, Roth played well last year. Clay Matthews could be a option there. Parcells has been known to take a couple CBs in his day. If one that fits his physical mold it's a possible target. I think C Alex Mack will get a hard long look. They want to get bigger at C And move Setelle to guard for depth. Hayward-Bay is an option. But I think they would really have to fall in love with him to take him. I don't see tuna taking a "skill" position player in the first. In the second round we have 2 picks, I doubt that CB form Utah will be there. But if he is I think he is an option there, along with Kenny Britt his size has to have Tuna's attention and an area of need.. But I think our front office is more comfortable with our WR situation then the "experts" seem to be So they may still pass on Britt if he is even there. With the first Pick in the 2nd round I think they will take CB Sean Smith from Utah or Ron Brace NT out of Boston College. With an outside chance of Britt.

The Bills still need a DE. They really missed Schobel last year. It's hard to say who will be available for their first pick, but a DE is my hunch.
They still desperately need help at TE. And another young OLineman wouldn't hurt.
Ultimately, the first pick will be a big guy for the trenches.

That's exactly right. I say grab J. Smith or A. Curry with the No. 1 pick and grab whatever you didn't at pick 20 (i.e. if you grab Smith then take the best defensive player at pick 20 and visa versa). They also get pick 33 and an extra 3rd. And as you suggest, they will still suck in 2010 and could possibly land McCoy or Bradford or another stud when the QB class will be much stronger. I too say they'll grab Stafford and drive his career into the toiler,

I'm a niners fan. The niners need an OT or pass rusher desperately as they were sacked often and couldn't pressure the other team's QB. Hopefully, they take M. Oher, E. Monroe or J. Smith (doubt they be available) or they could grab Orakpo, Everett Brown, A. Maybin. Those are the six players I see the niners targeting. Above all, they need to stay clear of A. Smith; he's an absolute douche bag!

Being a JETS fan I figure they take a TE. I know they have Keller but this is the JETS. Here we go for another season... I hope it is a good CB.
