thanks fellas . . . I was looking for 7 months and I started at my new job Jan 12th.
As for the discussions on trading future draft picks . . . they will take place . . . but any changes will not go into effect until after the 2009 draft . . . I have turned down a couple of future draft pick offers because they are against the rules as well.
