I expect my shirt to be delayed due to the challenges Canada Post is facing right now. The polar bears have been staying inland due to global warming and the melting ice caps. And it's simply too dangerous for anyone to be on foot nowadays so the mail is sitting in limbo until the polar bears can make their way north.

Hunt down a snow hare for food and mocasins while you are waiting for your t-shirt to wear under your coat made of seal skin and whale blubber. Besides, isn't your mail delivered by mountees? ;D

I'm just letting everybody know that I probably won't draft any rookies, just because we don't know where they play yet. i.e. Would Outlaws have drafted Moreno in the 5th round if he gets drafted by Philly and sits behind Westbrook this year?

My sentiments as well. It's one thing for the dynasty league, but with redraft you need to know. Hey Bulls, maybe for Fantasydepot each of us should give a brief explanation of where we would have grabbed a specific rookie if we had the chance. Like I had said in the one draft, Knowshon Moreno on the right team would have been my pick.

I don't think the above is true. Everybody was drafting Mendenhall in the 4th, 5th and 6th rounds of redraft leagues last year even when they knew he was competing with FWP for carries. That situation was as dire for fantasy redraft purposes as they come and I think Moreno is a good or better a prospect than Mendy. Also, Crabtree will be starting and will have a major impact. While it would be nice to know where these players are going it was not needed as their value became so compelling at this juncture of the draft they had to be drafted.
Long winded way of saying I disagree.

Long winded way of saying I disagree. True, but was anybody taking Forte or Kevin Smith after Mendenhall even though they were drafted afterwards. Plus the 6th round is traditionally where top #2 running backs start getting drafted so it's not unusual to pick a guy like Mendenhall there, especially since Parker doesn't play all 16 games. Here's another thing. Don't you think Crabtree is worth more in a redraft league if he goes to Cincinnati or Cleveland versus Jacksonville or San Fransisco?

I think his values at the 4 teams noted are relatively equal. He'll still be 1 on 1 on an island trying to get open. Based on the current teams, he may have a little more success in J-Ville or Cleveland. Now, it he went to the Rams or Seahawks his value would be slightly elevated, but I see him putting up WR2 numbers wherever he ends up this year. Who knows, maybe I'll have a different take next week. You should have said the Raidaz and you'd have made your point and won your argument. That said he's going to put up stats no matter where he goes. And to answer your question regarding RB's above, I still would've taken Mendy ahead of Forte and Smith the week before or after the draft. It wasn't until August where these guys started to separate themselves.

I almost never draft stud rookie WRs in redrafts, no matter how good they are. I'm not saying they can't be good as rookies, but rather the stud rookie WRs tend to get overvalued and get drafted higher than they should. There will be a lot of people drafting Crabtree as their 2nd WR this fall around round 4 (10-12 team leagues), and that is just ridiculous. Now if Crabtree were to fall to the 7th or 8th round of my 10 team keeper league, I would certainly consider him as my 3rd WR. All rookie WRs have a learning curve and 2-3 years to properly adjust to the NFL level. They never play up to their full potential as rookies.

This is a 14 team league and he should produce numbers equal to those remaining on the board. I agree with your general premise and they rarely (R. Moss, E. Royal, Boldin, De. Jackson) live up to their potential because they show flashes (i.e. inconsistent like Greg Jennings, Donnie Avery. Anthony Gonzalez and Josh Morgan, etal). That should be Maclin and Harvin this year. I think Crabtree will fall more in the Boldin, Royal and De. Jackson mold as a rookie. He runs polished routes and knows how to get open. He also has great hands and toughness. I stand by my pick still.

Besides, isn't your mail delivered by mountees? ;D Actually, no. We do have regular mail carriers. Our mailman's creed is slightly different though. The mounties are primarily responsible for keeping the donut population at a safe level. Some of them even fulfill their public service commitments by attending career fairs at elementary schools where they put on clinics on how to safely work an 8 hour day with your thumb up your ass. ;D

Does everyone realize I took over for the Generals, and made my pick this morning? I just noticed nothing has happened since....I think Sean has put me (FOG) on the clock next, which should be someone else...
The other league I think acurately shows Chris (Renegade's) on the clock...
