Under normal circumstances two teams will negotiate a trade then one will come and post the terms of the trade here, as I did for the Bulls. The other will read the terms proposed here (the ONLY official forum) and post a simple "I accept" or "I reject" message, as I did for the Outlaws. At that point if the reply is I reject, the trade is dead until re-proposed here. If the trade is accpeted one of the commissioner will either approve or deny said trade (mostly approvals, I promise) and make it official . . . as I am about to do below.

This is how trades will be officially executed on the message boards . . . this is the ONLY official spot for league trades . . . simply using the mechanism in whatever site we decide to host the league on will not be adequate to make the trade official.
