what is your guys thoughts on this story, like most cases i think the truth is somewhere in between both stories, what annoys me is Craig James uses his job at ESPN as a speaking podium. Also it just so happens leach is due to get an 800k bonus on Thursday if he is still the coach.
The quotes from the WR coach makes me wonder if the wr coach is playing the good ole boy system or if this kid is a spoiled brat. Its a shame id rather hear these stories when everything had played out. But 24/7 sports news/world news is no longer that way.

He locked the kid in a dark room for 3 hours. The kid may or may not be a brat, what Leach did was wrong.

ya some say it was a dark room their are two trainers saying differnt things, from what i understand, one can be said one trainer has agreed with leach cause he wants a job, and the other agrees with texas tech for obvious reason itll be interesting to see how the court case turns out thats for sure.

What he did was wrong and I consider my self a pretty strick disciplinarian. There was no benefit gained by locking up or isolating this kid the way he did. Leach could/should be charged with false imprisonment for this bullshit. I don't doubt the kid is an overrated brat, but Leach is wrong here. If he didn't like the kid's behavior or questioned his toughness/integrity, then he could have taken his scholarship away and kicked him off of the team. Leach was trying to make an example out of somebody who has some power because of his dad's reputation.
