Washington would really work, but Philly wouldn't trade him to them. Not sure why you think Washington would be a good fit? Seems like their WR's suck and their O-Line isn't very good, sounds like a bit of a dissaster if you ask me.... I would bet Donovan is smart enough not to get himself into a long term deal, which will free himself up to take the helm from Favre in Minnesota next season, just my 2 cents....

Thomas and Kelly are in their third years, and have a much better opportunity to succeed with McNabb over Campbell. McNabb will still run a west coast system, has 2 deep threats in Moss and Thomas, and 3 strong intermediate and seam route options in Cooley, Kelly, and occasionally Davis. Washington just needs to fix their O-line, and the gap left by Samuels can be easily fixed with Okung.

I suppose drafting Okung is a great start to shoring up the large hole left by the retirement of Samuals. I just think the game has passed Moss by and I'm spectical that either Thomas or Kelly will ever amount to anything more than a wr3. Point taken on Colley (Davis) re: your earlier post that Shanny does enjoy exploiting defenses with TE's that can catch like wr's....
We are going to get the chance for this to play out....I still think he ends up in Minn next season, which should make him very relevent again...

Trading Kolb to you Brad, easily my biggest blunder to date in this league! I would have been set to go with NO weaknesses with Kolb on my roster still....

No one except a wildly insane conspiracy nut could have possibly predicted that Kolb would touch an NFL field as a starter before 2011 or 2012 . . . I just had a feeling and you know me and injury insurance . . . Kolb and Vick seemed like prudent pickups when the McNabb/Westbrook acquisition went through. At the time, it seemed like a fair deal and only hindsight makes it look bad. He could still bust though . . . never can tell!
