look i'll let the Big ben situation play out with the police, but in my mind he is an idiot for putting himself in that position the second time. When you go to a bar that has 20 yr olds in it, which is highly normal in a college town you put yourself in a position to fail.
The Holmes thing is probably a woman wanting money IMO since their is no police report filed.
