I just closed on a house yesterday and I am checking the site between loads of things. You may have to grow a little patience on my picks. I am about to check Chris's roster to see if the Irish have anything I want instead of what is available to draft. Then I am going to dinner and a movie with the fiancee . . . if Chris has responded to my trade offer by the time i get out of the shower then I will either draft or trade immediately . . . otherwise I will pick around midnight - 2am tonight.

Appreciate that Chris. Apparently it wasn't quick enough... he's gone already. At least I had a good excuse for taking my time yesterday. I had to get my taxes done. But moving and dinner and a movie? Pfffft!! Where's your priorities Brad? LOL |

Well . . . if Phish had read my WHOLE POST . . . he would realize that I was in the shower during the trade negotiation and NOW I will make my pick of Toby Gerhart.
I think the Vikings see what I see in Adrian Peterson . . . a great back that is completely inconsistent and chooses to continue to not pay attention to details like holding onto the ball. I think Gerhart is in for a long a productive career in the NFL and with my stable of RB's I can afford to wait.

But seriously... according to my stop watch, that was an 11 minute shower. And your pick came in almost 20 minutes after Chris gave us the update. So I just assumed you forgot. =P I'm only teasing. And in case you thought I was also being an ass with my firetruck comment, I'm totally serious. It's a fundraiser with 7 co-ed/man teams so I'm not doing it myself. |
